Ingredients: 3 lb choped okra; 2 large size: chopped tomato; 1 large size: chopped onion; 3 green chili; 1 tbsp tomato paste; 1 tsp turmeric powder; 1/2 tsp salt; 1 tsp coriander powder; 2 cup use 2 cups of oil to fry the okra; 4 tbsp oil; 1/2 tsp black pepper powder; 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste

3 lb choped okra
2 large size: chopped tomato
1 large size: chopped onion
3 green chili
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp coriander powder
2 cup use 2 cups of oil to fry the okra
4 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp black pepper powder

in large saucepan add oil let it heat up.

add okra and fry about 5 to 7 minutes.

drain the oil form the okra .

heat 4 tablespoons oil in medium skillet over medium heat add onion cook and stir 5 minutes add ginger garlic paste continue to stir.

add tomato, green chili,salt, turmeric powder, black pepper powder, and cook and stir about 2 to 3 minutes add tomato paste and stir add 1/2 cup water and add okra put the top on and cook about 5 minutes.
