1 can Mexican beans
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. hot sauce
1 lb. hamburger
1 can mushroom soup
1 small onion, chopped
6 slices American cheese
4 to 5 corn tortillas
1/2 c. milk
salt and pepper to taste

Cook hamburger, onion, spices and salt and pepper.

Drain. Put in casserole.

Put half can of beans on top.

Mix soup with 1/2 cup milk; pour 1/2 over beans and hamburger.

Add a layer of cheese and a layer of tortillas.

Layer remaining ingredients. Top with cheese.
