2 Land O Lakes Eggs
2 teaspoons water
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups uncooked quick-cooking oats
1 cup raisins or chocolate chips
