Oatmeal Cookies(Flapjacks)

   Melt butter, syrup and sugar in heatproof bowl in microwave (or in a saucepan over low heat).

   Stir in oats; mix well.

   Line pan (approximately 8 x 12-inch) with greased foil.

   Press oat mixture into pan.

   Bake at 350u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes, until lightly browned.

   Cool for 5 minutes, then cut into squares.
