Oatmeal Cookies

   Combine wet ingredients.

   In a separate bowl combine dry ingredients.

   Stir wet mixture into dry mixture.

   Allow to stand for 30 minutes, or until oats have absorbed some of the liquid. Preheat oven to 325u00b0.

   Drop mixture by teaspoons onto greased baking sheet.

   Bake in preheated oven for 12 minutes.

   Yields 50 cookies.
