vegetable cooking spray
1 tsp. sifted powdered sugar

Combine sugar, water, vegetable oil and vanilla in a medium bowl. Stir well. Add egg whites and stir well.

Pour batter into an 8-inch square baking pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350u00b0 for 23 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool. Sprinkle with sugar.
