Nutella cupcakes with cream cheese icing

   Preheat over to 180 degrees

   Add flour into a bowl, dig a well in center add eggs, milk and sugar

   Combine untill smooth and add in any extra flour if too runny

   Use ice cream scoop and add into cup cake patty pappers and put into iver for about 40 mins or until golden brown

   After cup cakes have cooled down add rest of ingredients into a mixing bowl until smooth and creamy.

   Add icing onto top of cup cakes and serve immediately.
