No Flip Easy Over Eggs

   Heat the pan over medium heat (no hotter)

   Once pan is hot, spray with cooking spray.

   You can use butter if you prefer, but it will cause the edges of the egg to get brown.

   Crack he eggs gently into the pan.

   Sprinkle the eggs with salt & pepper to your liking.

   Cover the eggs with a tight fitting lid.

   And continue to cook untouched over medium heat.

   Cook until the egg white becomes translucent over the top of the yolk.

   For runny yolks: remove from the pan immediately after the white is cooked over.

    For medium cooked yolks: let cook another 30 seconds-1 minute.
