Nippy Cheese Sticks

   Let cheese get to room temperature.

   Grate cheese and combine with other ingredients (use hands, well washed).

   Roll out to 1/8-inch thickness between waxed paper and cut with a shaped cutter or into thin strips with a sharp knife.

   Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 425u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned.

   Stores well in freezer or coffee can with plastic lid or large tin.
