200 g tofu
1 Japanese leek or green onion
1 Tbsp miso
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp sake
1 Tbsp sweet flour paste (tian mian jiang)
1 tsp each grated garlic and ginger
2 cherry tomatoes
