4 large whole-wheat tortillas
2 cups shredded Cheddar
1 Granny Smith apple, diced
1 red onion, diced
2 1/4 cups cooked and sliced chicken or veggie chicken
3/4 cup Peanut Sauce, recipe follows
Sour cream, for garnish
1 cup peanut butter
3/4 cup hot water
1/8 cup molasses
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Preheat grill or grill pan.
