2 teaspoons minced garlic
2 teaspoons minced ginger
2 teaspoons lemon zest
1/2 cup tequila
2 teaspoons hot pepper sauce
2 tablespoons honey

1/2 cup lime juice
1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
6 tablespoons roughly chopped mint

Scallop shells
