1/2 Cup margarine
3 Cups sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
5 extra large eggs
1 Cup Milk
3 1/2 Cups flour
1/2 Tbsp baking powder
1/2 Tbsp Salt
2/3 Cup dry unsweetened cocoa (optional for chocolate version)
