Ingredients: 1 lb extra lean ground beef; 1 envelope taco seasoning powder; 2 box Kraft dinner mac n cheese (or no name, no judging :) ); 1/2 cup salsa; 1 tbsp hot sauce (Ray used Franks); 1 Green pepper diced; 1 tomato diced; 2 Green onions chopped; 1 cup black beans; 1 spoon of sour cream

Servings: persons

1 lb extra lean ground beef
1 envelope taco seasoning powder
2 box Kraft dinner mac n cheese (or no name, no judging :) )
1/2 cup salsa
1 tbsp hot sauce (Ray used Franks)
1 Green pepper diced
1 tomato diced
2 Green onions chopped
1 cup black beans
1 spoon of sour cream

In a bowl Mix taco seasoning according to pkg

In a pot, boil water and cook KD (mac n cheese) according to pkg direction (the adding of the cheese powder, the entire directions) and leave aside in the pot

In a separate pan, brown ground beef and drain once cooked

Add ground beef back to pan with green peppers and add your taco seasoning and cook 3-5 min

Pour the meat mixture into the pot of mac n cheese and mix to incorporate, then add salsa and hot sauce

Serve with toppings : tomato, beans and green onions, sour cream (all optional and you can change these toppings)
