My Salt & Pepper Chicken

   Ingredients

   Add the Salt peppers and paprika to the flour

   Mix all the mixture together

   Fill deep fryer with veg oil or in a deep frypan make sure its deep enough to shallow fry must come over the chicken strips and do in batch,s

   Cut the Chicken into strips, and add a little black pepper sprinkled onto chicken

   In a bowl crack two eggs and just add the white

   Pour the egg white onto the chicken and stir until chicken is covered

   Heat oven ready

   Heat up the oil until very hot.

    When the oil is ready, Dip a piece of chicken into the flour mix cover then using a slotted spoon drop into the oil gently put about four at a time and fry for 1--2minutes take out put on kitchen paper to drain.

    Repeat this until all the chicken is done frying.

    Add the chicken to an ovendish grease tray and cook on 175 or gas 6 for 20 mins

    When cooked and a little more crispier serve hot, with a peppered mayonaise, Garlic dip.

    And A nice salad.
