Ingredients: 1 bunch fresh spinach; 4 -8 ounces shredded sharp cheddar cheese; 1 cup crouton; 5 -6 slices bacon, crumbled; Dressing; 1/2 cup wine vinegar; 3/4 cup sugar or 3/4 cup Splenda sugar substitute; 1 tablespoon grated onion; 1 teaspoon paprika; 1 teaspoon salt; 1 cup good quality olive oil (no substitutes)

1 bunch fresh spinach
4 -8 ounces shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup crouton
5 -6 slices bacon, crumbled
Dressing
1/2 cup wine vinegar
3/4 cup sugar or 3/4 cup Splenda sugar substitute
1 tablespoon grated onion
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup good quality olive oil (no substitutes)

Mix first 4 ingredients together in a large bowl.
