1 Egg
1/2 Onion
2 tbsp Katakuriko
1 dash Salt and pepper
1 dash Nutmeg
1 tsp Sake
2 tbsp Sugar
2 tbsp Sake
2 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
1 tbsp Mirin
2 tbsp Katakuriko slurry

Put the ground meat, egg, finely chopped onion, salt and pepper, nutmeg, sake and flour in a plastic bag, and knead well.
