Ingredients: 3 ½ cups all-purpose flour; 2 cups white whole wheat flour; 4 ½ teaspoons instant yeast; 1 tablespoon dried onion; 2 teaspoons salt; ¾ cup milk; ½ cup water; ⅓ cup butter or ⅓ cup margarine; ¼ cup honey; 2 tablespoons dijon-style mustard; 2 large eggs

2 teaspoons salt
¾ cup milk
½ cup water
⅓ cup butter or ⅓ cup margarine

2 tablespoons dijon-style mustard
2 large eggs

Beat 2 minutes at medium speed of electric mixer, scraping bowl occasionally.

Stir in enough remaining flour to make a soft dough.

Knead on lightly floured surface until smooth and elastic, about 8 to 10 minutes.

Cover; let rest 10 minutes.

Divide dough into 12 equal pieces; shape each into smooth ball.

Flatten balls with hand to about 2-1/2-inch rounds.

Cover; let rise in warm, draft-free place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.

Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 13-15 minutes.
