Mustard & Bourbon Glazed Pork Chops

   Heat gas grill on medium or charcoal grill until coals are ash white.

   Melt butter in 1-quart saucepan until sizzling; add garlic.

   Cook 1 minute over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

   Whisk in all remaining glaze ingredients.

   Place pork chops onto grill.

   Grill, turning once, 15-20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches at least 145F and pork is tender.

   Brush pork chops with glaze during last 5 minutes of cooking.

   Cook remaining glaze over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil.

   Serve pork chops with heated glaze.
