1 pound Fresh Mussels
1/2 whole Lemon, Zest And Juice
1/2 cups Dry White Wine
2 Tablespoons Minced Garlic
12 ounces, weight Dry Orzo Pasta
4 Tablespoons Butter
1 Tablespoon Red Pepper Flakes
4 whole Sprigs Of Fresh Dill
Salt And Pepper, to taste
For Garnish: Lemon Slice And Parsley Or Sliced Scallions

Rinse mussels and remove beards.

If any mussels remain open when rinsing them, discard them because they are dead.

Simmer over medium heat until all the mussels open back up.

Strain the cooking juices into a bowl, cover mussels, set aside.
