1/4 c. butter
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
dash of pepper
1/2 c. whipping cream

1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Saute mushrooms in 1 tablespoon butter in a large skillet over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes.
