2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
1 (4 1/2 oz.) can sliced mushrooms with liquid

Cut steak into 6 servings.

Combine flour, salt and pepper. Dredge meat in mixture.

Brown meat in hot cooking fat.

Pour off drippings.
