McKay's chicken seasoning; 1/2 tsp. each: salt, sage, paprika, Italian seasoning, white pepper and basil; 1 c. canned milk; 1/2 c. ground nuts

1 c. onion, minced
1 c. mushrooms, minced
2 1/2 c. oatmeal
3 eggs
1 vegetable cube
1/2 c. hot water
1 can mushroom soup
1 can celery soup
1/4 c. chopped parsley
3/4 Tbsp. McKay's chicken seasoning
1/2 tsp. each: salt, sage, paprika, Italian seasoning, white pepper and basil
1 c. canned milk
1/2 c. ground nuts

Saute onion and mushrooms in olive oil.

Mix all ingredients well.

Let stand for oatmeal to soak up moisture.

If more moisture is needed, use canned milk.

Fry slowly in either olive oil or canola oil.

Cover with gravy made from mushroom soup, celery soup and one cup of hot water.
