Mushroom Creamed Chicken

   Salt and pepper chicken breasts.

   In skillet, melt butter. Add onions.

   Add chicken and cook for 10 to 15 minutes until almost done.

   Remove chicken from pan; add cream and reduce by half.

   Add mushrooms and put chicken back into pan for 5 to 10 minutes until warmed through.

   Serve over angel hair pasta or with vegetable.
