Muffins Chocolate Mint

   Mix sugar with butter until creamy smooth.

   Add eggs, flour, ricotta and chocolate chips, mixing thoroughly.

   United mint syrup, a pinch of salt and baking powder.

   Place the mixture into cups and bake in preheated oven at 190u00b0C for 30 minutes, checking the area with the toothpick test.

   Remove from the oven and let cool.

   Keep in fridge, great eaten cold.
