Mr. Snowman Cupcake

   Combine dry ingredients with butter until well combined. Gradually add half the milk, mix well. In a separate bowl, mix the egg, vanilla and remaining milk, then combine with the other mixture until well combined.

   Spoon batter into paper-lined muffin tins.

   For Mr. Snowman, I used jumbo, regular and mini size cupcake tins. Any flavor of cupcake will work just fine.

   Frost with buttercream frosting and decorate with various candies, a fruit roll-up for the scarf, and an Oreo and peanut butter cup for his hat.
