Mozzarella Bruschetta With Spinach And Chicken

   Preheat oven to 150u00b0C (approximately 300u00b0F).

   Brush bread slices with olive oil on both sides and sprinkle with oregano.

   Place bread in the oven and toast on both sides.

   Mince garlic and spread on bread.

   Place sliced mozzarella, fresh spinach and thin slices of chicken on top of each slice of bread.

   To serve, sprinkle with oregano and drizzle with olive oil.

   For a light dinner, serve with soup, if desired.
