1 Tbsp. ground cumin
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. crushed red pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
1-1/2 lb. turkey cutlets, cut into thin strips

1/4 cup pine nuts, toasted

Pour over turkey in shallow bowl; stir to evenly coat turkey.
