2 eggs
1 pinch salt & pepper
4 slice sturdy white bread or preference
2 tbsp mustard
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1/2 lb thick sliced baked ham
1/2 oz weight shredded gruyere cheese
1 additional salt & pepper for taste
2 tbsp butter
1 garnish/toppings: powdered sugar, honey, Raspberry preserves

Beat the eggs in a shallow dish ( Large enough to fit a sandwich) along with a few pinches of salt and pepper.

Set aside.

Assemble sandwiches, with mustard, mayonnaise, ham, cheese, salt and pepper to personal preference.

Over medium heat butter in skillet.

Dip and coat sandwich in beaten egg, and place in skillet.
