Mom'S Stroganoff

   Shake meat w/ salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder and flower.

   Brown in Oil and little butter

   Cover with water, red cooking wine and wostershire to cover.

   Add mushrooms

   Cover and bring to a simmer for 45 min-hour.

   Pull from stove and remove cover, allowing to cool.

   Add container of sour cream (8oz)

   Cook noodles and mix in.
