Mom'S Secret Peach Custard Pie (Pie-Lettes)

   Mix the above egg, sugar, flour, milk, and extract.

   Let stand while making pastry (Crust or preparing pre-made crust)

   Line pie tin with pastry OR Line individual cupcake tins with pastry for pie-lettes

   Drain peaches and slice into smaller pieces (to put into pie... I prefer 1/4 in - 1/2 in slices.)

   Put peach pieces into pie tins on top of pastry.

   Pour the mixture over peaches.

   Bake at 350 degrees until firm (About 45 minutes)

   Firm = knife stuck in center of pie and comes out cleanly.
