Mix the first 5 ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Gradually add flour, cup by cup, until a soft dough is formed. Dough should not be sticky, so add more flour if necessary, tablespoon by tablespoon.

Place bowl into a warm area to rise for 2 to 3 hours.
