Mom'S Cucumber Slaw

   Slice onions and cucumbers.

   Sprinkle with salt and let set for 1/2 to 1 hour.

   Liquid will form and then squeeze out liquid. Use pepper and vinegar to taste, usually 1/3 part vinegar to 1 part water, depending on strength of vinegar.

   Add water later if necessary.
