1 lb beef sirloin steak
1 lemon
1 large onion, chopped
1 can mushroom, any size you like
¼ cup butter
3 tablespoons sherry wine
flour
¼ cup tomato juice
salt and pepper
1 beef bouillon cube
1 cup water
1 cup sour cream

Cut beef in small cubes and sprinkle with lemon juice.
