1/2 cup chopped celery
1 cup sm. curd cottage cheese
1-1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup cream style horseradish
6 tbsp. mayonnaise
Salt, to taste
Watercress
Sliced cucumbers
Grated carrots

Cook spinach according to pkg.
