In a pan cook almonds with the 1 tbs and 1 tsp of sugar.

Continue to simmer over low heat until sugar is melted and the almonds are coated.

Remove from heat and cool on Wax/Parchament paper.

Break apart and set to the side.

Place greens, green onions and celery in a plastic bag.

Clise and refrigerate.

Make your dressing: Combine oil, vinegar, 2tbp of sugar, parley salt and pepper in a bowl and whisk lightly.

Now pour dressing into a large Ziploc Bag, and add oranges and shake bag vigorously.

Now add almonds to the dressing and shake vigorously again.

Take green mixture from fridge and add dressing to the greens.

Then close bag and shake very well; make sure you coat all pieces of the lettuce.
