Molded Cantaloupe Cream Recipe

   Make 1 c. of balls and scoop out remaining pcs for the rest of salad.

   Mix orange Jello with ginger.

   Add in boiling water and dissolve.

   Add in cold water and cold till syrupy.

   Add in cantaloupe balls and put in 2 qt mold.

   Chill.

   Soften gelatin in 3/4 c. orange juice.

   Heat over low heat along with sugar till gelatin is dissolved.

   Add in remaining orange juice and cantaloupe pcs.

    Place in blender and blend till smooth.

    Cold till syrupy.

    Whip cream till stiff.

    Fold into cantaloupe mix.

    Pour over orange layer in mold.

    Refrigerateseveral hrs or possibly overnight.

    Unmold before serving.
