Molasses Cookies Edible Christmas Decorations Recipe

   Cream butter and stir in sugar and molasses.

   Stir in boiling coffee.

   Add in remaining ingredients and stir till a soft dough is formed.

   Turn dough out onto a floured board and knead till smooth.

   Wrap dough and refrigeratefor 2 hrs.

   Shape dough as desired (roll and cut), do not forget hole if making decorations, and bake 7-10 min at 350 degrees.

   Decorate with squirt canned frosting if you like.
