Moist Oatmeal Raisin Cookies Recipe

   Boil raisins, sugar and water for 10 min.

   Remove from heat and add in shortening, nutmeg and cinnamon.

   Let cold, add in beaten Large eggs, oatmeal, flour, soda and vanilla.

   Bake on ungreased cookie sheet 10 min at 350 degrees.
