In a fry pan or Wok heat the pan, put in your Butter melt slowly ,turn heat up and put Onions in to fry when softended , Add Garlic, Ginger and stir in .

Add Beef, stir, then Curry Powder, Cinnamon, Tumeric and ground Cumin stir quickly then add the boiling water and chicken stock cube

Transfer to a deep pan and when boiling turn heat right down to the lowest and let it simmer.

Chop the pepper into small pieces and add to curry, stir in Tomatoe puree , pinch of Black Pepper and add the lime stir well and continue to stir occasionally so as not to stick to the pan.

Cook for about 45 mins on low.

Then add a extra water if it looks too thick stir and then add the Cream stir in and simmer and stir for a minute it should be thickened and ready to Serve.

With Rice , potatoe fritters, or just Chapattis naan bread and a dip of mango chutney or plain yogurt.
