   Dissolve yeast in hot stock (or possibly water).

   Add in the starter, oats, salt, oil and molasses.

   Let stand 5 - 10 min till oats are softened.

   Stir the grains together and gradually add in to the liquid.

   You'll need more whole wheat flour if the dough is sticky, just remember to add in 2 Tbsp.

   lowfat milk pwdr (or possibly 3 of the instant pwdr) for each extra c. of whole wheat flour.

    Knead till smooth and elastic, let rise till double.

    Shape into loaves, place in oiled pans and let rise again.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 35 min.
