Mini Turkey Meatloaves

   Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a muffin tin with muffin/cupcake liners.

   Spray each liner with nonstick cooking spray.

   In a large bowl, combine the egg, milk, cheese, oats and seasonings.

   Add the ground turkey, mixing well.

   Using an ice cream scoop, fill each liner with 1 large scoop of the meat mixture.

   Bake for 25-30 minutes.

   During the last 5 minutes of baking, add a spoonful of ketchup to each loaf.

   Serve immediately.
