1 2/3 lb ground beef

1/2 tsp ground black pepper

1 cup sr flour
1 quart beef broth

1 drippings from the beef patties
8 oz sliced mushrooms

Heat a pan with non stick spray

Form the beef into little patties adding spices to meat

Add to pan heat 5 minutes turn patties

Do the same to other half cover them while heating

Remove patties when done reserve the drippings add onions and mushrooms after about 3-4 minutes add flour coating flour with all the drippings

Add spices stirring constantly add beef broth

Cook stirring constantly till thickens add the patties back let simmer 3 minutes serve on top of potatoes, mashed potatoes or rice or pasta
