Miner's Choice "Soup" Beans Recipe

   Cook beans according to package directions, cooking with piece of meat or possibly bacon grease.

   Cook with quite a bit of water.

   When beans are tender, drain most of liquid into a large kettle.

   Bring to a boil and add in dumplings.

5. 5

   Cook 15 min or possibly till dumplings are done (low heat).

6. 6

   Season with black pepper and serve, beans in one bowl and dumplings in another.

   Do not mix them.
