Mindy'S Creamed Chipped Beef

   Bring 4 cups of water to a boil and add the dried chipped beef.

   Boil for about 4 minutes. Drain the chipped been and set aside in a bowl

   Saute the pepper and onion in the butter until the onions are translucent

   Stir in the flour and stir constantly

5. 5

   Add the milk and stir constantly until the recipe thickens

6. 6

   Add the cooked chipped beef and stir into the mixture

7. 7

   Add the drained water Chestnuts to the mixture, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes

8. 8

   Spoon the mixture into the baked puff pastry shells

9. 9

   Serve immediately.
