Milka Caramel Chocolate Fondant

   Preheat the oven to 200u00b0C

   Cook in a Bain Marie 200g Milka caramel chocolate + the butter until smooth, then remove from heat and allow to cool down

   Separate the eggs, adding the yolks to the mixture, and whisk.

   Add the flour and sugar and mix until homogenous

   Whisk up the eggs whites with a pinch of salt until they harden and slowly incorporate them to the mix.

   Spoon the mixture into small moulds and add a piece of the remaining chocolate in the center

   Bake in the oven for 8-10min at 200u00b0C or until almost-cooked

   Allow to cool down and enjoy !
