Beat margarine, peanut butter and sugars together until creamy.

Roll in 1-inch balls.

Press Milk Dud into the center of ball and roll dough around it.

Roll each ball in sugar. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Do not use cookie sheet that has a nonstick surface. Bake at 350u00b0 until cookies start to crack on top, about 10 to 15 minutes.
