1/4 c. minced onion
1 clove chopped garlic
6 tbsp. minced green pepper
1 teaspoon oregano
1/2 pound grnd veal
1/4 c. sunflower seed
1 egg
1/2 c. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Scoop out center flesh, leaving shell about 1/2 inch thick.

Cook shells in microwave on HIGH for 7-9 min, covered.

In oil cook onion, garlic, green pepper and zucchini pulp for 3 min.

Add in salt and pepper and oregano.
