Microwave Stir Fry Beef Recipe

   Combine marinade ingredients in order given and stir in meat to coat well.

   Marinate at room temperature 20 to 30 min.

   Preheat 10-inch browning dish at high 5 1/2 min.

   Add in meat and marinate quickly, stirring briskly till sizzling slows.

   Quickly add in remaining ingredients; stir well.

   Microwave at high 5 1/2 to 8 min or possibly till vegetables are tender-crisp and meat is done, stirring every 2 min.

   Serve over rice or possibly chow mein noodles.
