   Rinse chicken and pat dry.

   Pound flat between plastic wrap. Place on microwave-safe plate.

   Blend butter and lime juice in bowl.

   Spread over chicken.

   Sprinkle with chili powder, garlic powder and cilantro.

   Arrange lime slices over top.

   Microwave, covered, with plastic wrap on High for 1 minute and 45 seconds. Let stand for several minutes before serving.
